BPSIC has external lighting and CCTV coverage supported by seven days a week, out-of-hours static guarding. All offices and workspaces within BPSIC are supplied with an individual alarm with Redcare monitoring.

Access for staff is controlled throughout the Centre by means of a proximity fob system.

Telephones and ICT services are managed by our on-site Partner: IP Cortex Ltd. Key features of the service include:

• Connection is made using RJ45 sockets which are permanently live, the system is configured using software
• A standard number of sockets depending on the office size is provided as standard and more can be added
• Voice over IP telephones are used internally which means that phones can be moved anywhere within the Centre
• Voice is broken out onto primary rate ISDN for external calls
• Internet connectivity of 1Mb/s is standard and can be increased connectivity if required
• With an on-site presence, additions, changes and support on all these matters are managed promptly

Other services included in our offering comprise:

• Utility charges including electricity gas and water (all at normal office usage levels);
• Free car parking for all tenants;
• Waste collection;
• Grounds and building maintenance;
• General office cleaning;
• Cleaning to the common areas of BPSIC including the toilets, kitchens and corridors;
• Internet (up to 1Gb per month) and email access.

Kitchens are available within the Centre with equipped with fridges and tea and coffee making facilities. A café on site also offers hot and cold drinks, sandwiches and hot snacks with discounted rates for tenants.

Meeting rooms are available within the Centre that can be booked on an ad hoc basis at no additional charge. High quality meeting rooms, exhibition and conferencing space are available for hire in the historic Mansion, together with presentational audio visual equipment and an excellent buffet and dinner catering and event management service.
