Prospective tenants considering taking up residence at BPSIC should budget for the initial ICT connection and installation charges, a deposit payment of one month’s rent and service charge and the first month’s rent, service charge and telecommunications line rental charges in advance immediately on arrival. Thereafter the monthly rent and service charge and telecommunications line rental charges are payable monthly in advance by standing order and business rates, telecommunications call charges and excess Internet usage are invoiced monthly in arrears. Charges for the use of meeting rooms in The Mansion, catering and event management services are invoiced as they are used. Payment terms are strictly 14 days from date of invoice.
