BPSIC offers modernised, managed accommodation ranging from 11 square metres (120 square feet) to 360 square metres (3,870 square feet) for a whole range of office, studio, laboratory, technical, assembly, or light manufacturing purposes. The accommodation is capable of being individually secured and alarmed, is generally provided carpeted but unfurnished, and equipped with window blinds. Furnished options can be provided on request at additional charge.
